Dear Students,

When the Add/Drop period for this semester comes to an end, no course adjustments will be allowed after the official deadline. Please check the following as soon as possible:

• Course enrollment results in the course selection system
• Pending extra course requests in the eForm system
• Your total credit load for the semester
• If you need to apply for a credit underload or overload, please complete your application in advance to avoid missing the deadline.

Credit Fee Reminder (Graduate and Extended Study Students)

Credit fees are calculated based on your final course enrollment record after the Add/Drop period.
If you decide not to take a course, please drop it before the deadline, as fees cannot be refunded afterward.

Please note that graduate students must enroll in at least one course each semester (including Thesis / Thesis Research).

Thesis courses are automatically added by the system starting from the 2nd or 3rd year according to departmental regulations.
Students do not need to add them manually.
