Starting from 2022 Fall, Request for course withdrawal processes electronically.

• Students will apply online, and the instructor and adviser should decide whether to approve on the Academic Information System.
• Eform system will email once a day to remind both instructors and advisors about some applications to deal with. As the instructor approves or rejects it, the students will get the notification automatically.
• If a student cannot meet the lowest credit hour requirement for any reason, an underload Application is possible with the permission of the advisor and the department Director. Credits dropped below the prior applications beginning this semester should reapply. 
• It is necessary to allow sufficient time for the teacher to evaluate your application.
