Advising Password & Rules
Important for All Students (Especially New Students):
May Select Courses First: You can proceed with course selection even if you haven't received your password yet.
The Advising Password can be obtained from your advisor and entered into the system later, but it must be completed before the add/drop deadline.
Advisor-Advisee System
The Advisor-Advisee system is managed by the Counseling Center (Office of Student Affairs). The aim is to help students adjust to school life, select courses, and guide personal development.
Who is my advisor?
Please check the "Advisor-Advisee" section on the Counseling Center’s website. For new students: Advisor assignments are typically finalized by your department shortly before or after the semester begins.
Advising Password
This code is unique to you and changes every semester.
Submission Rules

Flexible Entry: Select your courses first; enter the password when you receive it.

Final Deadline: Must be entered before the Course Add/Drop Deadline.
Where to Enter?
Go to Academic Information System → "Select Courses"
Go to "Enter Advising Password."

Your password remains the same for the entire semester.
