To show our appreciation for students who complete their course evaluations, the Division of Curriculum offers a special incentive plan comprising two award categories:

• Survey period: November 21 – December 15, 2025 (until 9:00 AM)

• Access path: NTHU Academic Information System → Teaching Feedback → Final Course Evaluation Survey

• All responses are kept strictly confidential.

• Complete all surveys to receive a small gift of your choice (limited quantity, available while supplies last).

• Plus, enter a lucky draw!

1. Individual Student Awards

• Participants who complete all their course surveys within the designated period will be eligible to receive an exclusive, limited-edition NTHU souvenir, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• 

2. Lucky Draw

All participants who complete their surveys will also have a chance to enter a lucky draw for additional prizes.(NOT including full-semester exchange students)

• Students are encouraged to complete the evaluations promptly to secure their souvenirs and increase their chances of winning extra rewards.
