TAICA Alliance AIA Course Withdrawal Application Guide
1 Before You Apply
Cross-school courses involve platforms of both NTHU and the offering institution. Please make sure to complete all procedures within the specified deadlines:
- Confirm the Application Method & Platform: Check your course in the list below to see whether a single platform or dual platforms are required.
- Pay Attention to Deadlines: Keep track of the application period and the instructor's review deadline.
- Complete Dual-Platform Procedures: If the course requires applications on two platforms (e.g., NTU COOL and NTHU Academic Information System), both must be completed. (Submissions on the NTU COOL platform cannot be modified or withdrawn once submitted).
2 Course Withdrawal Regulations
Application Method:
- Submit a withdrawal application on the NTU COOL platform.
- Submit an application on the NTHU Academic Information System.
Please check the instructor's approval status on NTU COOL, and email a screenshot of the approval result to Curriculum Section. The Curriculum Section will then process the instructor approval field in the eform system.

Submitting a withdrawal application does not mean the withdrawal procedure is fully completed. Please check instructor reviews and university procedures, and note the timeline for NTU COOL roster updates.
