AIA Course Withdrawal Information for Fall 2025
⚠️Notice:
- NTHU System Withdrawal Application Period: October 27, 2025 – November 14, 2025
- NTU Cool Platform Withdrawal Application Period: October 21, 2025 – November 12, 2025
The first four courses listed below must be withdrawn on both the NTHU system and the NTU COOL platform; otherwise, the withdrawal will be considered incomplete.
Please forward the withdrawal result notification email from the NTU COOL platform to the Curriculum Division, which will assist in processing the instructor approval in the NTHU system.

📌 NTU Cool Platform Withdrawal Notes
- Application Period: October 21 (Tue) – November 12, 2025 (Wed)
- Application Method: Complete the “Midterm Course Withdrawal Application Form” on the NTU Cool platform. Each student is limited to one submission, and no modifications are allowed. Application Form Guideline
- Review Process:
- The course instructor will review applications via the NTU Cool platform.
- Students will be notified of the review results through the system.
- Students who have applied for withdrawal will be removed from the NTU COOL course page by the end of Wednesday, Nov. 19.
⚠️ Note: The NTU Cool platform application only completes the instructor’s approval process. Students must still complete the withdrawal process according to their respective school’s administrative regulations. Failure to do so will be at the student’s own risk. Please consider carefully before applying for withdrawal. The NTU Cool system does not provide any subsequent remedial mechanisms.
