Myanmar has recently experienced a major earthquake, and some students in your course may be facing significant family hardships as a result. If any students need to return to their home country to secure their right to education, we kindly ask for your support in making flexible learning arrangements.

In particular, we request your assistance with the following:

• Attendance: Absences due to students returning home because of the earthquake will not be recorded in their attendance records.

• Academic and Work Experience Support: Upon their return, please provide the necessary support to help them catch up with coursework and internship progress. The Ministry of Education will subsidize related expenses, such as hourly fees and material costs.

• Assessment Adjustments: Depending on individual circumstances, please consider making appropriate modifications to assessment methods to ensure continuity of learning.
