Platform Usage

All AIA-Related Courses will use National Taiwan University's NTU COOL digital learning platform.

Email Notification Policy

• Official School Email Required:
  Notifications from NTU COOL will only be sent to the official school email address associated with each student (e.g., addresses ending in nthu.edu.tw). Personal email accounts (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail) will not receive these notifications.
• Update Your Email Address:
  Students must log in to the Academic Information System (AIS) and confirm their registered email address is their National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) email.

Steps to Update Your Email

1. Log in to AIS > Personal Information.
2. Update and save your school email address.
   
   

Important Notes

• Once your email address is confirmed, it cannot be changed for the rest of the semester.
• If you notice any errors in your email registration, contact the Division of Curriculum immediately at curricul@my.nthu.edu.tw to resolve the issue and avoid missing notifications.
