If you have already submitted an Extra Selection request, you may withdraw it under the following circumstances:

• If the instructor has not yet reviewed your application: you may withdraw it directly.
• If the instructor has approved it but, due to some reason, you are unable to add the course and do not plan to proceed further: you may withdraw it directly.
• If the instructor has reviewed it but has not yet approved: you may withdraw it after providing a reason.
