⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT: Academic Calendar Reminder

Summer courses at NTHU generally span 8 weeks and cover June, July, and August.
The exact start date varies each year; for 2026, classes will officially begin on June 29 (Monday). Please ensure your summer plans (travel/internships) do not conflict with this 3-month duration.

📌 Suggested Summer Course Enrollment Procedure

Philosophy: Our university uses a "Trial First, Pay Later" model. Always confirm you want to take the course before making payment.

1️⃣ Print Payment Form: From June 29 (12:00 AM), log in to the Academic Information System to print your form. No rush to pay yet.
2️⃣ First Class Attendance: Please attend the very first session of your course as scheduled.
(June 29 is the official start date of the summer session; all courses will commence sequentially during that first week.)
3️⃣ Instructor Approval: No lottery system is used. For courses with enrollment limits, the instructor will sign your payment form to approve your enrollment.
4️⃣ Finalize Registration (By July 03): To complete the process: 1. Pay the fees. 2. Submit the signed form to the Curriculum Division.
⚠️ FINAL REMINDER: NO REFUNDS
Once payment is made, NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason (including course withdrawal). Please trial the class BEFORE paying.

Credit Fees

  • Undergraduate Courses: $1,050 per credit
  • Graduate Courses: $1,580 per credit
  • IMS, IPHD, PMED, BAI, and In-service Master Programs: According to the regulations of each specific program.

Note: Courses with enrollments of fewer than 15 students will be canceled. Once the course is canceled, the tuition will be refunded in full. [Refund Details]

Payment Methods for Tuition Fees

Convenience Stores

7-11 / FamilyMart / OK / Hi-Life
A handling fee of NT$6 will be charged for payments up to NT$60,000.

Online Banking (Web-ATM)

Please print/save a screenshot of the successful payment receipt for verification.

ATM (Automated Teller Machine)

Operating Instructions: Please select the "Payment/Bill Payment" (繳費) function, NOT "Transfer" (轉帳).
Bank Code: Enter 004 (Bank of Taiwan).
Transaction Fee: Interbank service fees are subject to the regulations of the respective bank.
Verification: Please check your ATM transaction slip to ensure the deduction was successful.

Bank of Taiwan (Counter Payment)

Location: Payments are accepted over the counter at all Bank of Taiwan branches nationwide.

Proof of Payment: Your receipt must have a convenience store/bank stamp, an ATM transaction slip (or screenshot), or a digital screenshot of the online banking confirmation.

Application Procedure for Non-NTHU Student

  1. Follow the procedures of your home school.
  2. June 29 - July 03: Log in to the Academic Information System as a guest.
    Username: guest | Password: leave blank
  3. Set a personal password when prompted. Please remember this password for future access to digital learning systems (elearn/eeclass). Password setting
  4. Print the application form with your school's Division of Curriculum approval stamp (or an equivalent approval certificate).
  5. For courses with enrollment limits, the instructor's signature is required before payment.
  6. Pay tuition fees at a convenience store (7-11, Fami, OK, Hi-Life).
  7. Submit the application form to the NTHU Curriculum Office by July 03, 2026.
