Overview of Teaching Guidelines for Instructors

Important Policy Reminder
The official semester length is 16 weeks. Teaching activities beyond Week 16 must be clearly stated in the syllabus and must not affect final grades.
Key Reminder
The course syllabus is the primary reference students use when selecting courses. Please ensure the syllabus is complete and uploaded before the course selection period begins.

I. Course Planning

Course Syllabus Preparation

The course syllabus should clearly include course objectives, weekly schedule, grading policy, textbooks, and learning resources. Please upload the syllabus within the specified deadline.

Scheduling Class Times

  • Undergraduate courses must follow the standardized class schedule.
  • Required undergraduate courses have fixed class times and cannot be changed.

Procedure for Changing Required Course Schedule

  1. Approval by department and college curriculum committees.
  2. Student feedback collected by the Curriculum Division.
  3. Review by university curriculum committees.
  4. Final record at the Academic Affairs Meeting.

Rescheduling Class Sessions

  • Instructors may use the system tool to review enrolled students’ schedules before adjusting class times.
  • Displayed data reflects the previous completed course selection stage.
