Policy on International Students Enrolling in English-Taught Courses
🌐 Course Enrollment for International Students
Regulations regarding English-taught courses eligibility and restrictions.
To facilitate course enrollment for international students, courses officially designated as English-taught are generally open to them regardless of enrollment restrictions set for other student groups.
🟢 Undergraduate Students
May enroll in any English-taught undergraduate course without restrictions.
🟢 Graduate Students
May enroll in any English-taught graduate course without restrictions.
🛑 Exceptions & Restrictions
- Undergraduate university-mandated required courses.
- Courses restricted to professional degree programs (e.g., In-service Master's programs) are not open to non-program students.
- Department of Electrical Engineering (EE) Courses: Enrollment must strictly comply with the specific grade/year restrictions set for each course.
- Courses offered under the following program/course codes are strictly excluded from this unconditional open policy:
• BAI: Biomedical AI (Ph.D.)• IMS: Intercollegiate Master• IPHD: Intercollegiate Ph.D.• PMED: Precision Medicine (Ph.D.)• THSM: School of Medicine• TSE: Political Economy (Master)• TSED: Political Economy (Ph.D.)
