eLearn / eeclass Course Selection Data Update Schedule
🔄 During Extra Selection / Add-or-Drop Period
For the fall and spring semesters, the latest confirmed course additions through extra selection or the most recent enrollment data will be updated twice daily at 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM during the official Extra Selection/Add-or-Drop period.
⏸️ During Course Withdrawal Period
The course withdrawal period for the fall and spring semesters lasts approximately one month. During this period, course enrollment records on the digital learning platforms will remain frozen (as confirmed after the add/drop period). After the withdrawal period concludes, the Digital Learning System will run a final refresh to update all official course enrollment records.
☀️ Summer Session
During the summer course selection and withdrawal cycles, student enrollment data is synchronized and updated twice daily at 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
