Exploration of Interdisciplinary Course Selection

The school encourages students to engage in a variety of interdisciplinary learning opportunities. Students can choose courses from different areas based on their personal interests and academic plans. If there are no specific restrictions for a course, students can directly select courses from other departments, faculties or even across different academic divisions through the course selection system. If you are very interested in a course with restrictions, but are unable to enrol directly, you can still apply for an extra selection to try to get the opportunity.

Please note, however, that it is subject to the rules of each academic department as to whether the credits from these courses can be counted towards your compulsory graduation credits or whether they can be used to exempt you from courses in your affiliated department. If you have any concerns, it is recommended that you contact the office of your affiliated department before selecting courses to ensure that your academic plan remains unaffected.
