加簽流程 (110學年度起)

加簽申請暨教師核可,均為線上處理

系所設定加簽筆數上限-->學生線上提出加簽申請-->教師線上核可.-->課程直接加入學生修課清單

流程簡要說明如下:

  1. 系所依據教師課程規劃暨考量教室容量,先行設定各科目加簽筆數上限。
     
  2. 學生線上申請(已設定不接受加簽科目,得由開課單位協助學生送出加簽電子表單)。
     
  3. 授課教師在系所設定加簽上限範圍內,線上勾選核可與否。
     
  4. 教師執行核可與否送出後,獲核可同學即會同步出現在教師點名單上,學生端也會收到系統發出的通知email。
     
  5. 若教師擬簽核人數超過系所設定上限,教師可於加退選期間向系所反映,系所可審酌後隨時調整。

The extra selection is going to be electronic in the coming semester (2021 fall). The process is:

  1. The Department office should set up the size limit for extra selection according to the classroom size and the curriculum mapping.
  2. Students will apply for extra selection on Academic Information System.
  3. The instructor should decide to approve or not on Academic Information System.
  4. As the instructor approved or rejected, the approval one will add to the students’ course list and your attendance list,  and the students will get the notification automatically. If anything stops the process (e.g., courses clash), the student needs to fix it and process it again. Afterward, the system will add the subject to the student's course list and attendance list.
  5. If the instructor wants to approve more applications than the setting, you can ask the department office to adjust.
