⚠️ Important Notes
❌ Do Not Use URL in Applications
Some students provide syllabus links directly to foreign universities when applying. These URLs are dynamic (temporary) and can expire or break. Therefore, please do not submit the syllabus URL as part of application materials.
✔ Recommended: If you need to include it in application materials, download or print the syllabus.
✔ Access again: Repeat the query process above to reopen the syllabus when needed.
📄 Recommended Procedure for Submitting an English Course Syllabus
If the syllabus is only available in Chinese and you need an English version, please follow the steps below:
- Students should first translate the Chinese course syllabus into English.
- Submit the translated version to the course instructor for verification.
- Once confirmed by the instructor, the department may stamp the paper syllabus as an official document for submission.
📧 How to Find the Instructor's Email
If you log in to the School Information System when requesting the syllabus, the instructor's email address will be shown. If the syllabus is only in Chinese and you need an English version, contact the instructor directly.
