- 教師申請開設遠距教學課程經各級課程委員會議通過後,該課程即標示為遠距課程,若因特殊情況欲調整為實體授課時,開課單位應通知已選課學生,並且最遲於當學期加退選開始日前填送課程異動單通知課務組更新選課系統資訊,以利學生調整選課。【 109 學年度第 3 次校課程委員會】
- 共授之非遠距課程,應依循下列規範:若為非遠距之合授課程且單一教師以遠距教學形式授課時數達四分之三以上,應與其他合授老師事前溝通,提交教學計劃大綱於系級課程委員會審核通過,並於院課程委員會核備。核備課程之教學計劃大綱中需明確載明遠距課程週次及形式,以確保學生權益。 【 113學年度第 1 次校課程委員會】
Non-distance courses offered jointly should follow the regulations below: If a non-distance joint course is taught primarily (for more than 75% of the course duration) through distance learning by a single instructor, prior communication with other co-instructors is required. A teaching plan outline should be submitted for review and approval by the department's curriculum committee, and subsequently filed with the college's curriculum committee. The approved teaching plan outline must clearly specify the weeks and format of the distance learning sessions to ensure students' rights and interests. *成績單上會註記遠距課程,供學生檢視採計為畢業總學分數之遠距教學課程學分數,是否有超過畢業總學分數之二分之一(108學年度第3次校課程委員會議因防疫事後備查的608門及108學年度第4次校課程委員會議備查之68門,因為學生選課時並不是遠距課程,是因為防疫緣故造成的,所以不會註記)
