National Tsing Hua University Inter-University Course Selection Implementation Regulations

Article 1:

These regulations are established to promote inter-university cooperation and make the most of the university's faculty and facilities! They comply with Article 28 of the University Act and Article 25 of the University Act Enforcement Rules.

Article 2:

When students of this university select courses offered by other universities, the principle is to prioritise subjects not offered by this university in the respective semester. Students (excluding extension or graduate students) may take courses from other universities each semester, with the principle that the total number of credits taken in that semester does not exceed one-third of the total credits taken. The grades should be accumulated and combined with the credits taken at this university in the same semester.

Article 3:

When students of this university select courses from other universities, they should follow the regulations of the other universities regarding inter-university course selection. The class schedules should not conflict with the schedules of courses selected at this university. Once discovered, courses with timetable conflicts will be cancelled.

Article 4:

The outstanding athletes of this university selected to undergo training at the National Sports Training Center (hereinafter referred to as the National Training Center) during the training period shall submit their course selection applications to their respective departments. The departments shall inform the National Training Center to plan and arrange the courses (including the assignment of instructors) in advance. The results of the planning shall be distributed to relevant teaching units for approval. If the grades are passed, the course recognition process shall be handled by the Academic Affairs Office according to the inter-university course selection procedure. Subsequently, the National Training Center will submit the grades to the Registrar's Office for recording.

Article 5:

Students from other universities applying to take courses offered by this university must obtain approval from their original school, follow the procedures for course selection as specified in this university's academic calendar, and submit the required credits, internship fees, and internship material fees. Once the course selection is completed in accordance with these regulations, refunds will not be processed unless the course is discontinued.

Article 6:

Students from other universities taking courses at this university shall follow the same teaching, examination, and grading procedures as students of this university. At the end of each semester, the Office of Academic Affairs will transfer the transcripts of Inter-University Course Selection students to their original schools for reference.

Article 7:

Any matters not covered by these regulations shall be dealt with in accordance with the university's regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 8:

These regulations shall be implemented after approval by the Academic Affairs Council and submitted to the Ministry of Education for recording.

國立清華大學校際選課實施辦法 

第一條 為促進校際合作，充分利用學校師資與設備，依大學法第二十八條及大學法施行細則第二十五條規定，訂定本辦法。 

第二條 本校學生選讀他校開設之課程，以該學期本校未開設之科目為原則。學生（延畢生或研究生除外）每學期修習他校學分數，以不超過該學期所修習之學分總數三分之一為原則；其成績應與本校該學期所修學分合併累計。 

第三條 本校學生選讀他校課程時，依他校校際選課之規定辦理，其上課時間不得與本校所選修科目時間衝堂，一經查出，衝堂之科目概予註銷。 

第四條 本校運動績優學生獲選至國家運動訓練中心（以下簡稱國訓中心）訓練期間，選課申請先送就讀學系，由就讀學系通知國訓中心先行規劃開課(含任課教師安排)，並將規劃結果分送各相關開課單位同意若成績及格時得認列後，再由課務組依校際選課方式辦理。後續由國訓中心將成績送註冊組登錄。 

第五條 他校學生申請選修本校開設之課程，必須經原肄業學校之同意，依本校行事曆規定辦理選課手續，並依規定繳交學分費、實習費及實習材料費。依本規定辦理選課完成後，除課程停開外，不得辦理退費。 

第六條 他校學生選修本校課程，其授課、考試及成績計算均比照本校學生辦理；每學期結束後，教務處將校際選課學生成績單轉送其原肄業學校查考。 

第七條 本辦法如有未盡事宜，依照本校學則等有關法規規定辦理。 

第八條 本辦法經教務會議通過後施行，並報請教育部備查。
