本學期最後的退選機會【二階段退選】，
12月4日上午9時前是課務組收件的最後時刻

申請單須經任課教師、導師(研究生請找指導教授)及系主任或所長分別簽名後，繳交至課務組

若老師無法及時在二退單上簽名，但願意在Email中表示同意你的二退申請，
請將EMAIL印出 ，連同二退單繳來，課務組可以變通受理
 

為恐星期二天寒地凍，無法及時於９點前抵達課務組，
建議星期一儘快交來，早交早安心
 

The deadline for Second Stage Withdrawal is before 9:00 A.M. on 4 Dec.Please do hand in your application before deadline.

Go to the "Students' Inquiry System" and download the "Second Stage Withdrawal Form."
Ask your instructor, advisor and the chairperson of your department to sign the form for you and then turn in this form to the Division of Curriculum.

If it is not easy to meet your instructor/advisor,

please get the approval from your instructor/advisor via the e-mail. Print out the e-mail and then turn in with the application form.

We strongly recommend you complete the entire process ASAP. Time flies and never stops. The early bird catches the worm.
