請輸入《大陸居民往來台灣通行證》：		 (必填Required)
Password密碼： (第一次進入免填 Leave blank for first-time applicants)
說明：
1.

密碼填寫說明：

  • 首次至清大暑修：請保持空白，無需填寫。

  • 曾至清大暑修：請輸入過往設定的密碼。(若忘記密碼，請聯繫課務組)

Password Instructions:

  • First-time NTHU Summer Session: Leave blank.

  • Returning NTHU Summer Session: Enter your previous password. (Forgot password? Please contact the Division of Curriculum.)

 
2. 本申請表僅適用【現在有正式學籍】之學生，其餘人士(含推廣部學生)，請點選左側【社會人士校際申請功能】，以社會人士身分申請。
This form is only for currently enrolled students from other universities. All other applicants (including Continuing Education students), please click "General Public Inter-collegiate Application" on the left menu to apply as general public.
3. 在職專班課程不開放校際選課。
In-service Master’s courses are not open to inter-collegiate course taking.

說明：
1. 本申請表僅適用【現在有正式學籍】之學生，其餘人士(含推廣部學生)，請點選左側【社會人士校際申請功能】，以社會人士身分申請。
The system is only available for Non-NTHU students. For General Public, please check “Continuing Education-Online Course Registration”.
2. 在職專班課程(EMBA、IEM)不開放校際選課。
EMBA and MBA courses are not available.
