- Students must submit their intent to withdraw from a course via the online form by April 14 at 23:59.
- Instructors will review the requests and indicate their approval status between April 15 and April 17.
- On April 18 at 12:00, universities will receive the list of approved withdrawals.
- For NTHU students whose course withdrawal is approved by the instructor, they must submit a formal withdrawal request in the Academic Information System between April 14 and April 24.
- The withdrawal process is complete once the advisor's approval is obtained.
