AIA Course Final Synchronous Exam Rules

Based on the exam room regulations and violation handling procedures of each partner institution, the regulations of National Tsing Hua University are as follows. Any matters not covered will be handled according to the university’s exam room regulations and violation handling procedures.

• Students must bring their student ID or national identification card (or a valid photo ID such as a residence permit, passport, driver’s license, or national health insurance card) in original form to the exam and present it for inspection by the exam proctors upon entry. Students should also take their assigned seats according to the seating chart.
• Students will not be allowed to enter the exam room 20 minutes after the exam begins. Once inside the exam room, students are not allowed to leave within the first 40 minutes unless permitted by the proctor.
• Students must not bring mobile communication devices or books when entering the exam room. Unless otherwise specified, during the exam, A4-sized blank paper will be provided to the students. Any materials not approved by the proctor are prohibited.
• During the exam, students should maintain silence. Any violations or cheating may result in penalties based on the severity of the infraction, which may include point deductions, disqualification from the exam, or removal from the exam room, in accordance with the university’s exam rules and violation handling procedures.
• If it is discovered that a student is receiving assistance from someone else or if the student is found outside the exam room, the exam will be scored as zero.
• If a written response is required during the exam, students may write on the provided exam paper. After the exam, they must photograph their written responses using their mobile phones under the supervision of the proctor and upload the photos to NTUCOOL.
• Students must sign out on the physical attendance sheet when leaving after completing their exam.

Any matters not covered in these regulations will be handled according to the university's exam rules and violation procedures.

The exam room regulations will be announced in each course one week before the exam, and students enrolled in the course will receive a notification in their NTUCOOL inbox.
