elearn/eeclass Course Selection Data Update Schedule
During Extra Selection/Add-or-Drop Period
For the fall and spring semesters, the latest confirmed course additions through extra selection or the most recent enrollment data will be updated daily at 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM during the Extra Selection/Add-or-Drop period.
During Course Withdrawal Period
The course withdrawal period for the fall and spring semesters lasts approximately one month. During this period, course enrollment records on the digital learning platform will not change (they will remain as confirmed after the add/drop period). After the withdrawal period, the Digital Learning System will update course enrollment records.
Summer Session
During the summer course enrollment payment and summer withdrawal period, the most recent enrollment data is updated daily at 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
