We would like to remind you that your course withdrawal request has not completed the approval process. Please review the information below and complete the process as soon as possible.

Check the progress of your course withdrawal:

Please log in to the Academic Information System -> Course Selection -> eform -> Application Records.

Important notes for teacher approval:

The deadline for initiating course withdrawal requests is tomorrow, 25 November at 9:00am.
Although the functionality to initiate course withdrawal requests will be closed after the deadline, teachers will still be able to approve requests on Saturday and Sunday. Please proactively contact your teachers to complete the withdrawal approval process.
The Course Affairs Department will be handling course withdrawal requests during office hours on Monday.

If you decide not to withdraw and wish to continue, please email us before Sunday.

Once a withdrawal request has been read or approved by a teacher, it cannot be revoked due to settings in the eform system. Therefore, if you have reached an agreement with the teacher stating "no withdrawal, continue with the course", please notify us by email before Sunday.
