Course Syllabus Maintenance
Submission Deadline
Please submit the course outline prior to the first course selection, but no later than the start of the semester.
The course outline should include the following:
- Detailed course outline (including course description and keywords for course content)
- Explain the rules for student use of AI. (Contact point for this matter: Tonny Kuo, Postdoctoral Research Fellow; Email: tonny@gapp.nthu.edu.tw)
Reference Example
Please refer to the course outlines for the following courses, which, in addition to stating the course objectives, content, reference materials, schedule, and rules for the use of AI, also provide detailed explanations of grading and regulations related to absences.

Please Note
- Once you have published the course syllabus, please think carefully before making any significant changes to the course. (especially in relation to grading)
- If there are pre-requisites for courses, there should be enrollment restrictions or a clear indication of the necessary pre-requisites in the course syllabus.
- Please state in the course syllabus if withdrawal from the course is unacceptable.
- A student's attendance grade for a course in a given semester may not be deducted if the student has previously obtained the instructor's approval for official leave, personal leave, and sick leave, and the cumulative hours of leave do not exceed 25% of the total number of hours for that course. Where necessary, teachers may make course-specific rules, which shall take precedence, but shall be specified in the course syllabus. ( Academic Regulations of Tsing Hua University (Article 32)
