Course Repeat Policy for Graduate Studentsts
Point 1: Grade Requirement
- Graduate students with a grade of B- or above or a P in a course generally may not repeat the course for credit.
- Exceptions may exist if the department has specific arrangements, such as meeting qualifying exam grade requirements.
Point 2: Procedure for Retaking a Course
- Complete the provided form if you need to retake a course.
- Obtain the signature of your department supervisor.
- Submit the form to the Division of Curriculum before the add/drop deadline.
Point 3: Enrollment Permission
- After submitting the form to the Division of Curriculum, you can proceed with online course selection or apply for additional selections once they are set up by the Curriculum Office.

- The signature section for department supervisors can be managed by either the student or the department secretary, depending on departmental regulations.
