排課期間商請教師確認排課資料

  • 排課進行期間,系所排課同仁在「校務資訊維護系統」建置課程資料後,得請教師利用下列功能進行確認:校務資訊系統->課程、成績->個人歷年授課資料
  • 排課期間,這項功能僅限教師身分才能查到該排課學期課程資料,其他使用者(例如職員、學生)必須等待系統設定的公布日期後,才能查詢到新學期的課程。
  • During the scheduling period, colleagues responsible for scheduling within the department can consult with teachers to confirm course details using the following function: School Academic Information System -> Courses, Grades -> Inquiry of Your Lectured Courses
  • During scheduling, this function is only accessible to teachers, who can view course data for the semester being scheduled. Other users (such as staff and students) must wait until the system's designated release date to access information about the courses for the new semester.
