Regulations on the Close of a Course Due to an Insufficient Number of Students

According to the policy, after the add-or-drop selection period for undergraduate programs (excluding Field Project, Field Research, Bachelor's Thesis, and Teacher Education courses), courses with enrollments of fewer than five students will be canceled. Courses with fewer than ten students, for which the school has to pay for teachers' hourly rates, will also be canceled.

For graduate programs, courses with enrollments of fewer than three students will be canceled.

The Division of Curriculum will announce which courses have been canceled. If a course cancellation results in a student not meeting the minimum requirement of credit hours, the curriculum section will notify the student to add a course.
